Why I Do this Work:

I am a Michigan Based Child and Family therapist. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment struggles, and the lingering effects of emotional neglect. I have over eight years of experience working in the Genesee County community in case management, clinical therapy, crisis intervention, program development, and clinical supervision. My childhood experiences fostered a deep understanding of the impact of attachment on emotional well-being. I believe that connection—to ourselves, to others, and to our communities—has the power to sustain and heal us. In my practice, while you may have felt lonely, you are not alone. I’ve worn many hats, but my greatest passion lies in helping individuals move from surviving to thriving. It’s powerful to be comfortable with the uncomfortable—to acknowledge difficult feelings and start to process them. My goal is to empower wounded souls, broken hearts, and sensitive spirits. I want to help you recognize your sensitivity as a superpower and guide you toward enhancing your mental makeup.

Care, Connection & Community.

Flint, MI.

Join the community and connect with like-minded individuals through Therapist-to-Therapist Support Groups. This group provides a safe space to debrief, share resources, and combat burnout, reminding us that we need care and connection even as caregivers. I also lead support groups for mothers and DBT skills groups for adolescents. All groups are free of charge and located in the Genesee County Community. Join the community and receive 20% off merchandise.
